Scrap inspection ensures goods conform to the agreed specifications and are delivered/received in the right quantity.

Project 2

Ac compressor installation

Loaded a 220V generator onto a vessel, removed refrigerant, replaced old compressor with new one using a chain block, requested engineers on board to weld a new plate and made changes to the frame to suit the new AC compressor.

Project 3

RESIDUE AND SLOP TANK REPAIR

The tank floors of Residue and Slop tank were visually examined during inspection. Coating degradation and corrosion were marked, and minimum thickness was determined. Areas with thickness below 11mm or more than 3mm loss were weld repaired in accordance with API 510 and ASME IX.
